Mayor Pugh’s plan for young people on the issues of recreation, year-round employment and afterschool programming.
Over the past two years, The Baltimore Youth Organizing Project (BYOP) has listened to over 400 young people in Baltimore to hear about their most important issues and created our own policy platform for youth. During her campaign, Pugh agreed to our platform. We will now hear the Mayor’s plan for youth surrounding BYOP’s agenda items including year round employment, after school program funding and improving recreation.
